Return & Exchanges

All online returns and exchanges must be made in-store with all original packaging, accompanied by original receipt of purchase. Merchandise can be exchanged or given an in-store credit within 30 days of purchase, no refunds. Masters N' Dogs reserves the right to modify its return policy at any time. All special orders, beds, bones, chews and sale items are final sale. 

Dry food is guaranteed and can be refunded if over half full, with original receipt.
